Our focus every day is to exceed our customer’s expectations.  This focus is articulated in our Mission Statement, our Vision Statement, and our Quality Policy however stating it is one thing and delivering it consistently is another.  To deliver it requires ownership to support it, management to convey it, and most importantly people to execute it.  At every level and across our entire organization we understand that nothing happens until there is a purchase order from a customer.  We also understand that we are only as good as our last effort and customers have options.  At TRP everyone is a Customer Service Representative!
