Whether selecting a spring from over 500 standard designs or working with EMCO engineers for a custom design, in all cases specialty vehicle manufacturers can expect best-in-class quality. We start by selecting the best raw leaf spring steel available and ensure a consistent heat treating process that produces springs that will hold up for many years. Choose from a high-quality powder coat finish, e-coat finish, or e-coat with a powder top coat finish. In each instance, the finish will meet the highest corrosion resistance requirements. EMCO produces parabolic spring designs that improve ride, offer weight reduction, and eliminate squeaking often associated with multi-leaf designs.
