Boat trailer manufacturers have unique needs in building a suspension system. The visible aspect of the system combined with water, particularly salt water create different requirements than RV or trailer.   By offering alternate coatings and finishes like zinc, galvanized, and Dacromet on a number of our components boat trailer manufacturers can address both the visual and performance requirements.  TRP innovated the one piece hot forged drop spindle.  This forward thinking design is stronger, more versatile, and aesthetically pleasing.  Increased production and cost reduction is experienced due to the elimination of material waste, handling, and unnecessary fabrication process.  The design is intended for the 3500# axle using 2”x2” or 2”x3” tubing and accommodates a 1.75”-4.75” drop.  Offering both hydraulic drum and disc brakes we offer a better and best braking solution.  Through our sister company EMCO Industries we stock multi-leaf springs for boat trailer customers that prefer a traditional spring however we can also provide a parabolic spring.  These springs deliver better performance and a quieter ride by eliminating the squeaking common with multi-leaf setups.  Parabolic springs are available with a powder coat finish providing an extra layer of protection against salt water corrosion.
